Delete your racon account

Write from the email address of your account to [privacy contact email] with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account, your uploads, offerings, notes and all research results of your account, and confirm by email. [Self-service deletion in the app is planned.]

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove racon from your Facebook settings under "Apps and Websites". That stops Facebook from sharing data with racon; it does not delete the account at racon, so please send the request above as well.

If you are named in a company record

racon stores the names and business roles of managers that companies publish, with their source. To have yours removed, write to [privacy contact email] with your name and the company.
